Personal Training (Kinesiology Services)

A registered kinesiologist trains clients in a safe and effective way to achieve physical fitness and performance goals. Fitness assessments are designed to determine strengths and weaknesses and are also used to track progress. Personalized exercise prescription combines cardiorespiratory endurance, strength, agility, power, circuits and/or flexibility programs to individually meet and exceed client goals. All levels of fitness accomplish beneficial results from personal training. Novice clients learn proper form and technique to develop a strong foundation of skills which can be incorporated into a healthy lifestyle. More experienced clients overcome plateaus or fitness “ruts” with challenging innovative workouts to maximize training results and reduce the risk of injury.
